1. Terms of Service

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Service Fulfillment & Timeframe

Once payment is taken, you can expect the agreed-upon dispatch and transport arrangements to be completed within 24 hours. The actual transit time of the vehicle will vary based on distance and external factors, but the service initiation is guaranteed within this 24-hour window.

3. Liability and Insurance

While we manage every mile with clinical precision, actual transportation is performed by fully vetted and insured carriers. All vehicles are covered under comprehensive cargo insurance during transit. Luxury Auto Transportation acts as a broker and logistics coordinator.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is prepared for transport (e.g., removing personal items, ensuring it is in the condition described) and for being present or having an authorized representative present at pickup and delivery.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
